Stew
1 lb. or 500 g stewing meat
1 large onion
4 - 5 medium potatoes, cut up
2 - 3 carrots, cut up
680 ml. tomato sauce
3/4 c. beef broth
1/8 tsp. pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a casserole or roaster. Cover and bake
in 250 F (150 C) oven for 4 - 5 hours or until tender.
