Stuffing and Steak Rolls

2 steaks (your favourite cut)
1 box stuffing mix, prepared per box instructions

2 tsp. beef bouillon powder
1 1/2 c. hot water

Lay steak on flat surface (optional: can pound flatter if desired, but not necessary). Spread stuffing over top. Roll up together and tie with two pieces of string. Place in slow cooker. Stir bouillon powder into hot water. Pour over steaks and cover. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for 4 - 5 hours.
