Chicken Thighs
1/2 c. french dressing
1/2 c. apricot jam
1 x 42g. envelope dry onion soup mix
12 chicken thighs (approx.)
Mix first three ingredients in a bowl. Arrange chicken in slow cooker.
Brush chicken with sauce, ensuring each thigh has some sauce on it. Cover
and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high for 3 - 4 hours. Serves 6.
